Police Description Abbreviations

Does anyone know exactly what they all mean, like

IC1 Male: - means normal white british man

but im not sure on all the others like IC2,IC3, anyone know?

IC3=AFFRO/CARRIBIEN

IC4=ASIAN

IC5=ORIENTAL

IC9=GYPSY/TRAVELLER

It doesn't refer to male or female, it only refers to RACE and COLOUR
whether people like it or not.

Only racist in some people's opinions if they can phone a no win no fee
finance agreement solicitor and put a claim in. Funny how people always
shout "racist" when committing a crime, are just about to or have been
caught doing so. It's not going to get them off.
There was an article in a Sunday paper were a load of school girls tried
boarding a train without tickets. Because the police had the cheek to stop
them they started screaming "rape", when that didn't work it was "racially
motivated attack by police". Some people are obviously taught what to do
and say rather than acting normally and respecting the Law in this country.
They would be the first to go screaming about it if they were a victim!

Something has to be "1", perhaps African countries are racist and have
dark skinned Africans as "1"; oh, I forgot it isn't racist when someone
else does it!

They used to have RC which meant RACE CODE, but changed it to IC which is
just the same thing but not using the word RACE it doesn't upset the
do-gooders too much.
It's instead of saying white, black, asian, african, portugese or whatever.
I don't think many have realised black people can be born in britain and are
british, the same with others!

IC1 IS NOT BRITISH

there is no code for that IC1 is caucasian,ie white

so if black and british it makes no differance he cannot be IC1,after all a
police officer chases someone he can only unless knows them go by a color
code,he does not know a white man is french/british or a black many nigerian
or west indian etc

so colour codes only

Think about it! Of course many black people were born in Britain, and are
therefore British. However, when seeking to VISUALLY identify someone, it
does narrow it down a bit if the officer concerned knows whether that person
is of white, african, asian, etc appearance. That's not racist. It's just
common sense.

What do the various Stats mean. Stat 6 is 'on the scene', Stat 2 is 'free'
(I think). Does anyone know them all?

State 4 means chow and state 11 off home (Ithink)
